Warranty period

All products carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of receipt, covering functional failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Not covered

Human damage, unauthorised modification, misuse, normal wear (surface scratches, natural colour fading) and unauthorised secondary processing are not covered.

Inspection window

Please inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. For shortages, wrong models or transit damage, send the delivery note plus photos of the carton and products; we verify within 3 working days and propose a solution.

Return process

Contact your account manager first with the order number, a description of the issue and photo/video evidence, and ship back only after receiving an RMA number.

For confirmed quality issues we cover repair or replacement shipping; for non-quality returns the buyer bears freight.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually settle within 7-15 working days after confirmation, depending on the receiving bank.
